Cost: $20 per session (VMFA members $18)

Description: Students are introduced to a new art topic each week. Sign up for one or all of these unique, fun, and inspiring workshops.

How many ways can you work with materials to create art? Students push the boundaries of traditional art, drawing, painting, gluing, and tearing to create unexpected works of art.

[112] Drawing from Imagination (register online)
Thu, May 17, 4:30 – 6:30 pm
Move beyond paint and pencils and experiment with graphite and charcoal to create your own unique drawings.

[113] Artistic Storybooks (register online)
Thu, May 24, 4:30 – 6:30 pm
Get ready for summer! Young artists design covers and assemble pages for journals to record their summer adventures!
