Beyond the Frame: Creativity and Teambuilding Workshops

Experience an aesthetic environment that fosters creative opportunities outside of the everyday workplace. Bring your corporate staff, business team, or community group to VMFA for a lively creativity or teambuilding workshop. Museum educators will engage your staff in world art and culture as they participate in gallery activities, group discussions, art making, laughter, and reflection. These fun, active, and stimulating workshops will help your team cultivate individual and/or collective creativity! Choose from two themes:

Participants will:

    challenge and enlighten relationships within their organization.

    work interdependently and adaptively to awaken the creative potential

         within co-workers.

    involve creative thinking in group problem solving.

Booking and Fee Information

Group size:    10 adult minimum - 25 adult maximum

Available:  Monday– Friday, between 10:00 am -5:00 pm

Fees: 

$500 - 2 hour workshop includes all materials, gallery instruction, and parking.*

$1,000 – 3 ½  hour workshop includes all materials, gallery instruction, studio experience, parking and refreshments.*

*Additional amenities and services are available at additional costs.
